Jinnie Kim, President
A native of Seoul, Korea, Jinnie was formally educated in Boston. She received
a B.A. Degree from the Museum of Arts/Tuffs University and a Degree in Interior
Design with highest honors from Chamberlyn College. She has been designing
award-winning luxury hotels and resorts worldwide for more then eighteen years.
Her area of expertise is in the renovation of Grand Hotels. Jinnie has hundreds
of international hotel and resort projects to her credit, some of the more
notable clients include: St. Regis Hotel, New York; Ciga Excelsior Hotel,
Florence, Italy; Four Seasons Hotel, Boston; The Waldorf= Astoria Hotel, New
York; Conrad Hilton, Brussels; The Plaza Hotel, New York; Rihga Royal, Osaka;
The Fairmont Copley Plaza, Boston; Ritz-Carlton, Boston and Ssangyong Corporate
Headquarters, Seoul, Korea. From a design perspective, Jinnie's natural sense
of scale, texture and color, coupled with her practical experience designing
operationally efficient properties, translates into unique sensitive designs
for every client. Jinnie's vast experience has resulted in an abundance of
knowledge of both the domestic and international furnishings market and
manufactures. Therefore she is capable of producing a "Five Star Look" within a
"Common Sense" budget. Jinnie is noted for her repeat business with clients
that love to work with her not only for her talents, but also for her personal
involvement from the conception through the installation of a project. Jinnie's
work ethic explains the dedicated relationship she has with all her clients.

Samuel R. Blair, Principal
Samuel R. Blair, A.I.A., received his Master of Architecture
from Harvard Graduate School of Design in 1963. After graduation he traveled
extensively in Italy and acquired fluency in the language. He worked for a
number of architectural firms in Rome between 1965 and 1972, attending courses
at the Facolta D"Archtettura of Universita Di Roma. From this Period dates his
first involvement with hotel, The Mirabeau in Monte Carlo. For the last twenty
years he has specialized exclusively in hotel and resort development, producing
a body of work that includes virtually every type and class of operation, from
downtown business hotels to classic grand hotels and destination resorts. The
list includes such famous names as The Phoenician, Scottsdale, The St. Regis,
New York and Ciga Excelsior in Florence. His projects are found all over the
world, from Boston to Marrakech, Los Angeles to Kuala Lumpur and have been
published in leading periodicals such as Architectural Digest, Conde Nast
Traveler and Travel and Leisure.
